Welcome! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Digital Vocano, a WhatsApp marketing software developed by Juxby Incorporated, trading as Digital Vocano ("Digital Vocano").


By using Digital Vocano, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Offered

Digital Vocano is a software that helps you with WhatsApp marketing activities. It does not include the WhatsApp application itself. Digital Vocano recommends using the official WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app downloaded from the Play Store.

2. Linking Your WhatsApp Account


Digital Vocano requires you to scan your device and link your WhatsApp account. Digital Vocano will not access your individual chats unless you explicitly authorize them by sharing your username and password.


3. Account Security


You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your WhatsApp account. Digital Vocano recommends not sharing your username and password with anyone, including the Digital Vocano team.


4. Disclaimer of Warranty


Digital Vocano is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Digital Vocano disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


5. Risk of Ban


You are solely responsible for your WhatsApp account and its adherence to WhatsApp's Terms of Service. Digital Vocano is not responsible for any bans or limitations placed on your WhatsApp account due to spamming or using unofficial applications.


6. Limitation of Liability


Digital Vocano will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of Digital Vocano, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.


7. Termination


Digital Vocano may terminate your access to Digital Vocano at any time, with or without cause.


8. Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe


9. Changes to the Terms


Digital Vocano may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes, as they are binding on you.
